Great piece! I finally saw one over the weekend at my local AD. Doesn’t feel like 43mm:
Yes, you’re right. It wears more like 41mm, only 12,5mm high - for size very light (steel version) and comfy and regarding colors very different as most of the watches . I think is a great value for a price....

I’m still kicking myself for missing out on the SLA017. I have the other ‘homage’ on today - SPB051 - for my flight to Houston:
I thought I had missed out on one myself ,until I found a AD that still had one available in April of this year . Bonus of two yr warranty until 2021 .

I wore the Hema to time my 2 mile walk today. Only took 30 mins and 45 seconds. Next I did my situps and pushups and weighed in at 180.6 lbs, down from 216.8 lbs. I don't believe I can match Lou, but I am trying! LOL

Is that blue in those indices or is it just my phone screen? If it is blue and I had that watch, I would be tempted to try a matching blue strap with it. Is there a model name or reference for that Caravelle, I like it.

yes, blue indices. Haven't given thought to a blue band, but might give it a try; I just happened to have this brown one available. This is an "old" watch I found, highlighted here https://omegaforums.net/threads/a-dresser-find-in-my-own-dresser.95973/#post-1246914 Should be able to find reference info in the pictures. The best I could find was "N6", not a lot on the internet regarding this era of Caravelle
