I hadn’t even noticed that Citizen has released a blue/red version of the Promaster NY00XX but when I saw it on Instagram I had to have it. Arrived yesterday. Owned and sold the NY0040 some time ago but it is a great watch.

This blue dial and blue and red bezel is not bad. I don’t think that you can do better than this if you are looking for a circa €200 pepsi diver.

This 176.007 just came to me off the Bay. To all the guys that say you can’t get good deals on EBay... I say MEH!. Ok the pics were crap and it was a bit of a gamble but this time it turned out better than I hoped.
One other thing, this watch has lost only one second in three days. Amazing!!!

Trying my PO on the vintage leather rally strap I normally have on my Speedy. Not bad, but not exactly right either in my opinion. I need to source a rubber strap.

1888 Illinois model 1 in a solid silver case, slow train:4 beats/sec = 2hz = 14400bph!

you know there's some heavy bits moving around in there when you can hear it ticking in your pocket while you're walking along.

Decided I need something with decent waterproofing after the recent rain.

Of course today it hasn't rained at all here....
