Happy hump day!
The 3594.50 does not get enough love. You would think at times it carried a lesser movement or was made from inferior parts. It's a great-looking watch, albeit not nearly as accurate in its nod to the 2915-5 as the beautiful 60th anniversary Speedmaster. These may be the most reasonably priced Speedmasters on the market. It should probably have been made a LE.

Weather still chilly so thought change to a light lizard strap might help brighten things up

Exactly! I am glad that someone else also feel the same way. It is a great looking watch, and I love it!

Pulled this out because of another thread and decided it needs to be worn. On the right. I'm just noticing the bezel that's been on for decades. Does anyone know the absolute correct alignment of that telemeter bezel? I looked at photos just now and saw 5 or 6 different positions on different watches.
1 Mile aligned with 5 seconds is close enough for Gummint work. That's Imperial (English) Miles -- other Miles are available.

Anything better really needs compensation for altitude and temperature.
