Wore the Hema to time my 2 mile walk today. Not bad, looks like 31 mins and 50 seconds to my eye. Did my situps and pushups afterward and weighed in at 183 this morning. That is down from 215.8. I am no Lou, as I have only lost 32.8 pounds, but I did do it while continuing to eat, just no desserts, obviously exercise, and recently cut out carbs after 4 PM. Just this alone has taken an extra 10 pounds off in the last 6 or 7 weeks. And I even have my abs back for the first time in 7 or 8 yrs since my back first went out and I started putting on the weight. I am proud to be 56 and have those. McK
