Be careful not to drop that thing in the tithe thingy as it passes by. And taking a watch selfie in church, even while hiding in the back corner seems spiritually risky to me. Did the Mrs. see you doing that? I'd have gotten the pointy elbow for similar behavior. I like this one. May have to look into procuring one.
Sone of the best packet meals to be paired up with a SM300 can be found in Minneapolis on a cold Sunday afternoon
Sunday-go-to-meeting choice for today. Not bad really. Aged patina in a substantial 14 kt solid rose gold case that wears really well on the wrist, the Doxa logo and markers flashing mirror bright rosy gold on the dial when the light's just right, graceful willow leaf hands that I always admire, a movement that has always given quite livable accuracy with never a fuss. Ought to wear it more often. I don't often wear burgundy shoes and belt to match its strap though.
Started with the BLRO today but transitioned to the new Suunto. This is my work watch now. 24 hour time plus the alarm are both very useful for my job.
Nice scare tactic with the donut! Sometimes I do this to scare my wife unit [MacGyverette]...as well as our kid units...good times!
Kinda reminds me of Ralph Macchio in Karate Kid. Or maybe I'm thinking of the bad kid, Johnny, of the Cobra Kai. Yeah, definitely the bad kid.
Honestly it's like getting a job, a great deal, a rare find. It's who you know. I have found rare things occasionally through the usual suspects (forums, eBay, etc), but finding good examples of rare watches is tough. I rely on a few experienced Breitling collector friends who let me know if something interesting crosses their path. Assuming they haven't snatched it up themselves first . But I guess all that might be obvious.
