Many thanks to @bigsom for allowing me the opportunity to purchase his 60s Yema Sous-Marine diver ..arrived today in all its Yema glory. Really dig the color scheme of this watch ; even the Italian suede strap he threw in works imo. The thinness and overall size rocks the suit too! Much gratitude Som...La montre est magnifique!

Looking sharp man!

That’s really cool. I hope Shinola starts making mechanical ones again. Why do you say Controversial?
Apparently Timex is not allowed to make a watch that costs more than 150 bucks. Apparently for 500 bucks they should have had a mechanical movement and better yet, a US made movement, sapphire glass vs gorilla glass... looks too much like a Nomos...blah blah blah ...it goes on and on. Some of the comments under the articles about the series are quite hateful. Bottom line, it’s all US designed, made and assembled except for the Swiss movement. Its also a very nice piece.

Oops, I thought it was mechanical. Still, nice to see they want to make something here

Lol. You know what. I think you’re right on that. Have to rethink that combo.

Two tough days back-to-back at the skatepark calls for new Dunkin’ lip balm and Hooters wings. Get this...the new Dunkin’ lip balm smells [and tastes] like donuts...amazing. 😁

I once wore a POW suit, shirt and tie!
The Yema dial really goes well with your suit 👍
