The unloved SD 4K. Shortest run Sea Dweller in history, of just 2 years.

Interesting. When Rolex introduced the Deep Sea, the purists were howling at the disappearance of the classic Sea Dweller design. To qualm the hysteria, this watch was introduced and, in my opinion, a nice evolution of the classic 5 digit serial Sea Dweller....only to be poo pooed on...by the purists! From what I was told, by some of the purists, the ceramic insert caused some grief. But maybe it's something else? I would certainly get one if I had the means. And stay tuned for "collector" status on this reference..馃嵖
