It's International Pogue Day - 45 years ago today Col. William Pogue carried a Seiko 6139 on the Skylab 4 mission, making it the first automatic chrono in space.

My commute is more crowded and less risky.


That is exactly the same model that I had through all my High school (mid 1970s). My father bought it for me in maybe 1974 or so. I loved that watch !!! Unfortunately it was stolen in a break-in around 2002. To this day I am sorry that I don't have it anymore 🙁

Saturday morning with my daughter, need something that is drool-proof.

Not as popular as G-Shock, but IMO has better value with ABC sensors, world time, and radio control
