Partner into funky weather today

There's one you don't see every day - such great condition and on a period tropic strap too. 👍

New entry this afternoon: El primero 38mm

I’m thinking seriously about one of these. The originals are unobtainable. How do you like it?

Speedy Tuesday rolled into Speedy Wednesday...doing a little bit of Hot Wheels 1/64 scale 1/8 mile drag racing in the motel room with my new Hot Wheels mobile drag kit. For the record, @ChuckMK23 [who has a degree in mathematics] previously did the BIG MATH to get the track length correct for a proper 1/8 mile...thanks, Chuck! Good times! 👍

Black and Gold (BTW I waited for the hands to align like a nerd, I didn't just adjust them for photo)

Actually I don‘t know why I was waiting so long. It is perfect size, beautiful design and has a history. Goes with many colors of straps. Weight 72g. Height 12,5mm. However I removed a deployment clasp (not so comfortable) and put the normal pin buckle. And you don’t see it on every corner (I mean wrist 😉).
Yes the originals are really expensive. This one is one third of the price. Of course it still doesn’t have a vintage charme, but I’m working on that. However because of the size it is danger- my wife really likes it and yesterday she already said that she would like to put it sometime 🙁.
Here a photo of the pin buckle:

In the meantime I also put it to my Timegrapher https://www.lepsi.ch/watch-scope/
And the results were great +2s/d!
