It’s a Bovet 2020 (valjoux 84) mono ratrapante movement. The spring-loaded wheel allows for the sweep seconds hand to be ‘paused’ while pressing the below pusher - upon releasing the sweep seconds hand will jump back to where it should have been if the chrono was kept running. This allows for two consecutive time recordings.
Very rare movement as the spring-loaded wheels are very often missing or no longer functional.
