Had the day off today so decided to 'finalise' these Speedies, made some changed to bezels, crystal, straps and replaced one centre seconds hand 👍

So I'm wearing one of these for the rest of the day 😁

Decided on the Alpinist today after changing the strap last night , the Alpinist has got to be one of the best budget buys ever , the quality & finish ( apart from the strap it's delivered with ) is second to none .

Interesting, an ongoing auction with 52 bids that was ended because the watch was sold off eBay. If I had been bidding, I would not have been pleased with the seller; especially since the bids had already gone very high for this watch. But I guess that is par for the course in the eBay swamp.
