    Hey @Mad Dog :
If I were your minister, I think I’d assume that your LOUD ticking is to remind me to keep my sermons short.

“Hey, everybody! Time is passing! Can you hear it? ‘Closer to death, closer to death!’ it is ticking.”

Actually, on second thought, if I was your minister, I think I might like my congregation being reminded of their mortality during the service.

    So, good job!

    So, @sliceoftime_ :

You get a hard time because all your spectacular watches are in your palm, not on your wrist, and they always are fixed at the watch seller’s smile: 10:08. Some might view this pattern with suspicion!

    Should we be suspicious?

    What hard time?

I'm quite OCD with taking nice pictures, and like some uniform with my pictures and at 10:08 it does not block most of the text hence showing the best picture of the watch.

People who know me, knows I am a collector of course! I just buy way too many at times and have to sell them. :)

If I wear thick or heavy watches (read: any modern sized sport watch) for a couple weeks I always need a few days to decompress with my small, light, and inexpensive SNK805.

EDIT: I just realized the date is off...

So I´ve noticed that your 1675 has a rusty seconds hand, exactly as mine. I´ve read that this would happen to the second hands of some Submariners and GMTs from late 70s. Mine is from 1979. Is yours from that same era? Thanks.
