Just curious, where is it cold enough to wear sweaters and jackets?

A rare opportunity to use "root beer" and "nipple" in the same sentence.

I’ve never had any comments [or “looks”] in Church regarding their ticking volume. I will say, however, that my Elgins [Veritas 376 on the lower left and B.W. Raymond 494 on the upper right] pictured below have been known to cause “looks” in Church due to their fantabulous ticking volume [which sounds like “VICTORY” imho]. The B.W. Raymond 494 is especially loud...and I really dig that. 👍

Hey @Mad Dog :
If I were your minister, I think I’d assume that your LOUD ticking is to remind me to keep my sermons short.

“Hey, everybody! Time is passing! Can you hear it? ‘Closer to death, closer to death!’ it is ticking.”

Actually, on second thought, if I was your minister, I think I might like my congregation being reminded of their mortality during the service.

So, good job! 👍

Still this old thing.

I am addicted to Mr. Ed these days. Bad, bad habit!
