There are 17 places on earth named Perth, and you live in one of them. The only city named Perth that I have ever visited was the Perth in Scotland. If this is the Perth that is cold and wet, I can believe it! I don’t think I have ever experienced rain like the rain we had in Perth, Scotland, on that day.
