·My teenager's crush - which I was lucky enough to bag as a young adult not too long after (can't say this about all the girls that I've desired as much as that watch, but we digress). These were the days when Breitling sold Miyota quartz movements in sicura-period cases, and clueless people (like me) would pay automatic-watch money to buy them because they looked bloody marvelous back then and we didn't know better... I will admit shamelessly that I still love it on its original (and not too worn-out) shark strap 😁
