Mad Dog

So...I’ve been dorking around at the public library today...and I came up with this for a logo ..which is based on my little accident at watchmaking school 😁

Nice 1st sketch of your logo concept! I Googled some (dog) logos that might inspire you to further develop your current logo idea or other ones.

Picked up the Mido pulsations from the watchmaker today. They put the original crown back on for me. Was gonna send it to Canada for replating but decided not to risk its loss. Looks ok actually.

Waiting patiently for a renewed visa to enter China in 2 weeks.

Previous passport was good until 2025 and contained a multiple entry visa good until the same. However, even though it was the extended page version I ran out of pages after just over a year of use.

Wait a miinute...My last visa had instructions that it was still good even if in an expired passport. (as long as I had my new one of course.

Yes, this what how I understood it as well. I specifically asked to have my old Passport back with the Visa page not stamped “cancelled” so I could contjnue using it. However, I’ve had conflicting information and the local visa office / embassy could not “guarantee” it would be accepted so I opted for the safe route of getting a new one. Hopefully my new 10 year Visa gets me through more than 1.5 years before it is filled up.

Every once in awhile she suggests that I might want to help. When that happens I help as much as I can by throwing everything that looks remotely good into the cart. It doesn’t happen again for a long time after that!

When it’s my turn for picking up the groceries, I go to Costco and end up with 5% food and 95% unplanned items that seemed cool in the store...
