That’s a great look. Were you able to swap that off of a modern Speedmaster or are the lugs narrower?
It's from the racing speedmaster. So it's 19mm.

The CK2998 is 19mm at the lugs, so is the FIOS. Neither of them were released with a bracelet, so many of us went with the racing braclet which is a more modern look. There is another braclet that gives more of a vintage type look, but it was not for me. I like this look much better.

This look I like too.

I raided the watch box, and found this inappropriately neglected beauty.

One of my first Longines purchases after Dennis aka ‘The Squirrel’ @ulackfocus stoked my newly-found affection for the brand about 3 years ago:

Lots of early mornings and long days recently (Thank My Lucky Stars because baby needs a new old watch...) so I haven't shot a wristie since last week. Got home early enough today for a little natural light to show off this elegant piece.

When I was setting it this morning I was once again impressed with the crisp yet buttery smooth movement of these Longines, the date wheel snaps at 12 and the hand setting is oh so fluid. Simple yet powerful design of the entire watch; the light plays over the dial in washes of warm and cool - a pleasure to look at during the day...
