Working on the car today, so it’s time to break out my latest “beater.” Citizen Royal Marines Commando - ecodrive, titanium shell, 2.5mm sapphire crystal, and a Kevlar strap; this thing is pretty much indestructible. I only wish it was a tad larger - they call it 42mm, but it's noticeably smaller than any of my other 42's.

[Edit] Yeah, I just measured it - it's a whisker over 40mm. Wonder how they got it that wrong. And it "wears small" due to the wide bezel as well.

A golden oldie from the late 1940s or early 1950s, unusual in that it's large for this period (38mm) and solid 18k.

That’s a great look. Were you able to swap that off of a modern Speedmaster or are the lugs narrower?
