1965 Grand Seiko 5722-9990 with 5722A movement and chronometer dial. The later 5722B watches drop the chronometer designation because of the lack of certification facilities in Japan at that time. Thus, the more rigorous "Grand Seiko" designation was born.
Last race day of the season, still a few months before the sea freezes but now it gets too cold to race dinghys... 4 last races at the Nationals started perfect from the committee boat by my vintage Heuer Regatta . I love it when an vintage mechanical piece still performs to perfection!
