·Got to wear a 1991 Explorer 1 for a bit last night. This watch truly is just amazing. It wears discreetly but is just phenomenal. Also for those in the medical field... check out the vein porn 😎
I just visualized a couple blood draws and even got a 14 ga pipe IV in those!

·One of my first watches and one that gets a lot of positive, spontaneous comments from random people who see me wearing it.
I wear it a lot and never have shown it here because I think the dial isn't authentic. My watchmaker, however, believes it to be an Omega dial. "It was made in the Quartz Crisis; they did all kind of crap."

·Gave the Speedmaster a rest and placed it in my winder. I swapped the bezel insert in my Pepsi GMT2 just a couple hours ago and the watch looks minty fresh. The old insert was not badly faded but this new insert is incredible.

·One week of wearing a beater during a camping trip, and it's time to get back into the vault. This one is likely my second most photographed watch of any make. My 27-year old 18-karat rose gold and steel Speedmaster reduced. I'll wear this for a week,or so. I just noticed, the bezel is dot over 90.
