The watch that has it all. Military heritage, legendary in house movement, chrono, date, flyback, elapsed time bezel, legibility, colors, and this one with wabi-sabi.

8 seconds to the third and last start of the day. All boats under the starting line and we got a clean start to finish the last race of the Regatta 😉.

Decided to keep this so it went with me for holiday in the in-laws summer cottage. Had forgotten just how awesome it is

Beloved 6309-7049 for today. Had a quick gander at my future office [B-737] since my current office [MD-88] is being retired. Will have to notch it up a few clicks for B-737 training [I don't like learning a new aircraft]...so the plan is to resort to my 6309-7049 during training...it served me well during Navy pilot training 30 years ago so we're going to stick with what has worked in the past. 👍

Happy pre-Memorial Day, everyone. Tomorrow is supposed to be all thunderstorms all day, so today it is for us here...
And an enormous gratitude to all of our military and intelligence community members, active and retired, past, present and future, with so many having given the ultimate sacrifice. Thank you for guarding our freedom, values and way of life, especially in these very perilous times.

Mad Dog;

We don't like learning a new office behind the photos you take of your watches either. It could confuse some of us. We may have to resort to wearing our familiar lucky watches during your training.

So when Speedy Gonzales reappears in your office photographs we can know training is successfully completed?
