Wearing Speedy Gonzales again today...currently on a long layover in Las Vegas...stopped by the Omega Boutique in the Bellagio Hotel to check out the Ploprof 1200M...and they allowed me inside the store! Beverly and Joel were very gracious and knowledgeable regarding the specifics of the Omegas...many thanks to both of them for allowing me to loiter for over an hour...good times! 👍

NOTE: Not only is Joel knowledgeable regarding Omegas...he knows quite a bit about Metallica as well...I learned tons of new things about Metallica today. 👍

New arrival! Met with @Andy K (left) at a DD earlier this week and acquired his Zenith EP 01-0200-415 Big Blue TV Dial. It checks several boxes for me: my first El Primero – original PHC 3019 no less, my first Zenith, first TV dial, and first high-beat cal of any brand. YaY! Man this thing ticks faster than @Mad Dog 's heart rate on this 6th extra large DD!

Talk about taper…the NSA/Zenith bracelet tapers a huge 32 to 18 mm! I have one of the earlier and chunkier Chatelain/Zenith bracelets on the way too so that will be fun too!

Luv the clasp, with the interesting brushed stripes…here causing a Moire interference pattern (with the photo resolution) that kinda resembles that '70's Zenith logo.

This clasp has a ¾ inch spring loaded stretch component too, for when I eat salty foods on a steamy day!

Thanks Andy! Really luv it!
