I realize that Speedmasters are the watch of choice today, and I could choose either of my two Speedmasters. But I have been wearing my 27-year old Date-Just now since reconditioning it in mid-November. Re-set once, and regulated since late November, and not touched since. Total variation since last re-set in late November? It is 28-seconds fast, but it has gained only ONE SECOND since early February! No good reason to change watches, actually.
That's quite the "palate cleanser." It's like looking at the sun and the temporary blindness that goes with it...now I can't see any other watches!
