I know what you mean. That case, bezel, and bracelet combination is very nice and the dial is way cool.
Same here... a vintage milgauss would at least be one less principle broken though. If only I had that kind of money...
Well... the old ones aren't green! And at least a watch like this doesn't violate my principle of avoiding pieces that will depreciate catastrophically as soon as I leave the store. Rolex has that much going for it... unless you are one of the people who bought this model at a big mark-up (as a purported limited edition) during the initial frenzy.
That lightning second hand is enough reason. Almost bought one myself. And I know I will definitely get one.
