Ok so forgive the cheap watch. It's my work beater... can't risk anything more than $20 for work. But we had a long distance transport today and we got upgraded to the Mercedes ambulance. So naturally I had to take a steering wheel wrist shot.

Advance until 12:00 and date changes, then go counter clockwise till 8:00, then advance till 12:00 clockwise again and date will change - repeat.

Spending a week in merrie olde England! As an American, the narrow roads always shock me a little no matter how often I drive them...

I love the food, minty lamb pie here...
Classic steak and ale pie here...
Scenery is fantastic and of course dreary and wet...
And the inn is charming and oh so different from the standard American hotel!...

If only they could figure out how to offer decent and consistent WiFi I'd love coming here more... 😉

I visit my homeland a month ago and the first thing I did when I reached my parents village was visit the local baker for a nice pie. IIRC the first day I ate two pies and a pasty😀 The second day was celebrated in style with a trio of puddings, but that´s another story involving lots blood, kidneys and much sticky toffee as only the English know how!

I doubt it the first Rolex Quick sets that worked like that was about 1980, maybe a bit earlier. AFAIK they had it first.
