Last Friday the watchmaker rehabbing my Imperial moonphase tridate calls to tell me he's ready to recase the movement and send it to me. Goes on to tell me it's running splendidly and all the things he did to get it that way. (Queue the heavy breathing!) He'll send it overnight to a local FedEx depot so Mrs. ahsposo wont get her eyeballs on a new incoming.😁
Pant, pant, pant!
It's now Wednesday afternoon and I'm like a 7 year old 2 days before Christmas!
Pant, pant, pant, pant, pant!
Where's my watch??? Pant, pant, pant!
So to soothe my anxiety I'm sporting it's sister - an Imperial 2 register chrono:
