Got my new NATO straps for my Steinhart Nav B Uhr. Here's the first one, with PVD fittings. 3 more to play with. These are Dievas straps, from Gnomon in Singapore.
New to the market and my collection, a 1960 RCAF HA60 Omega on an original 1960 nylon blue band. Cheers, Buster
Fantastic watch! I love the unusual hour markers! I have a thing for textured dials. What case reference and caliber is this and how jumbo is it? Tropical dialed member of the Wolfpack on my wrist today.
Just received today!!!!!! This watch looks much more better in the reality than in the pictures!!!!!!!!!
On the subject of DD: I was in (South) Korea on business not too long ago and was surprised to find that DD is a rather big deal there. I kick myself now for not having taken photos at the time, but the DD shoppes had a far more modern/"futuristic" vibe than any I have encountered here in Canada/North America. The basic coffee (they referred to it as Americano) was brewed one cup at a time in contrast to the pour-direct-from-caraffe technique more commonly used in NA. If you've never been but do ever find yourself in that part of the world, rest assured that you will have many DD options to choose from.
This Stowa that I know very little about other than it's in near new condition and has been sitting in the watchbox for months. Sorry, was lazy on the date change! Office lamp lighting: Natural light from window:
I love the hour indicator font on these (stems from my UG sub envy, perhaps). I like how the re-issue relocated the date window.
