Tell me more about this one, or post a link where you discussed it.

The dial and size appears much like my R17.8SC (later cal 310)

Ref. 5192 made in 1944, 33mm "sei tacche" waterproof case, caliber 10.68N, very similar to the USN BuShips issued Longines of the era and your R17.8SC 馃憤

Today I've received my prize Torgoen T81 from the Ablogtowatch competion. Not my usual style at all, but it's really a good package! I'll write up a review to be posted on Ablogtowatch later on, but for now here is an out-of-focus picture of the 43mm modern take on a pilot's watch:

After saying that I'd never take off the Speedmaster Mark III that arrived yesterday, I've taken off the Speedmaster Mark III, and sent it off for a service at STS. In it's place, I've gone for a rarely work XL size Seamaster Polaris Titane Multifunction, in gold/titanium.

Useful for keeping an eye on when Texas HQ come online...

Is that a new pick-up @oddboy ? Looks great!

I should probably not wear mine around this levitating globe, but couldn't resist the wrist shot... 馃榾
