Might go for a swim. Brand new beater gets its first outing instead! Seiko something. Now it remains to see if the waterproof rating holds.
A file photo, but I'll be wearing my 1940's JLC this morning. It's been "on the bubble", but I am torn about letting it go as it was one of my first vintage Jaegers and the stepped case is a favorite. Perhaps sign that I may be getting dangerously near the line separating enthusiast from collector.
