An event like the Munich watch trading show today is a fit occasion to wear two watches without appearing too freaky. Most of the time this rare transitional Heuer Monaco ref. 1133B was on my left wrist.
Sure, the metallic dial is not perfect, but in my eyes this is a nice example of the transitional variant of the blue Monaco – between Chronomatic and the normal 1133B.
On the right wrist I wore this extremely rare blue dial Jaeger-LeCoultre Memovox made for Dunhill (ref. 855D).
I really love these Breguet numerals and hands on the classic Memovox dial layout. However, this design does not really work on the minute register where the pomme of the minute hand obscures the current minute mark.
Did I tell you already that blue is my preferred color?
