Hello old friend, it’s been awhile…

My SKX is one of my dearest possessions. It’s humble, but just always works. Combined with the well worn single pass through leather strap it just feels like a part of me. ( yes I know its a leather strap on a diver.)

Not too big and not too small it’s always just right.

These tuning fork watches are really growing on me ... such a smooth sweep, it's hypnotic, almost.

Quartz chronometer action feat. a @Duracuir1 strap (some say he made the holes with a little tiny firearm.....).

Fun fact, only today did I realize that the case is a freaking octagon!?!

I'm really glad I'm not the only one who got their first working tuning fork(s) and zoned out on the sweep! That sweep makes me smile.

Tuning fork? The Omega F300 tuning fork model in not quartz! Tuning fork models aren’t quartz (except for the Accutron Accu-Quartz model).

Frankenbastard won the sunny day rights.
Bought the watch with non-matching dial, movement and case at a yard sale and had to put my donor cal. 265 to use. I still love the result.
