What is the " Blink" rate?

It's one blink every second, that can be quite mesmerizing.

2 crowns, 3 pushers plus 9 hands (5 of which are dedicated exclusively to the chronograph function with an analogue 1/100s display; using it, the small orange hand completes 10 revolutions per second at a dizzying speed, each of them with 10 separate intermediate steps) - the dial of this Seiko 7T59-6A0A certainly has plenty to offer, simply vintage quartz at its very best.

Wearing two today as usual. One being my recent Accutron acquisition which I’ve shown here many times, but also my 50 year old Omega F300. I am continually impressed with all the new, modern, up-to-date (expensive) watches that appear in this thread. Call my collection a repository for old, obsolete, cheap, non-working watches! I like watches! All watches! But I have a soft spot in my head for watches like this one. My only investment being a few parts and a bit of sweat equity.
