Yea, my buddy completed the 3.80km swim, 180km bike & 42.2km run in 10hrs31mins! His best finish ever!
Even though the full Ironman looks daunting, I always tell people it’s never too late! Oldest male finisher was 75 -79 years old with a time of 15hrs and oldest female finisher was 65 - 69 years old with a time of 14hrs! So impressive!
