Good evening all.

I meant to post this today at the amateur fusion lab but got bogged down with work from the minute I walked in at 8a until I left at 4:15p. Instead of purchasing anything I need to focus on some services of watches I own including my minibond which I really enjoy. I have two outstanding job offers though one is from the fed which was offered right before the shutdown.
I’m not upset considering all the existing rmployeees who lost positions seems petty if I were to bitch as long term employees lost their spots though I know from previous government employment their is a lot of overlap. Regardless that’s not an argument for here just personal observation.
I just need a change as I took my current position at the cat herding school when Covid gave me the interstate to myself but now things have changed drastically and the work commute went from 40 min to literally 2hrs at times which is becoming unbearable. That includes recent move to get the young fella we are now guardians of into the best schools for him. His father is facing a similar predicament to Jimmy Li’s conviction in China.
Kinda scary I really like his father but I am powerless to help him directly although I am sure he feels helping his family is direct help for him.
Anyway I don’t want to wander off into politics I’m trying to relate a personally story not one for political debate.

I just ordered the young fella some more Christmas toys, should arrive Sunday. Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night.

I’ve had this up for sale in Private Sales for a while now without anyone wanting it so, I thought I’d just keep it, wear it and enjoy it …
