In the UK, the clocks have gone back an hour to revert to GMT from British Summer Time (BST).

However, this little GP goes back about sixty years 馃槈

Today, and for the last 7 1/2 days, either stationary, face up for 12 hours, or in my watch pocket for 12 hours. It is 20 seconds fast, today. Pretty good for a 117 year old watch that the guy I bought it from, didn鈥檛 want! That is a gain of less than ~ 3.75 seconds per day. 1 of 2,500 CPR, 17-jewel, lever set, 1892 Walthams produced.

Well! Today is the eleventh day since last re-set. Presently 25-seconds fast. Well within railroad standards. 117 years old and performing as it did when factory fresh! Worn 12 hours, stationary face up for 12 hours. Rate varies from a couple seconds slow to a couple seconds fast, but average rate about 2 seconds per day fast. Who really needs greater accuracy than that?
