·A favourite. My 70 year old Omega calibre 355, date at 6:00, bumper automatic, “waffle” dial with cross hatching. This watch spent 50 years in pieces in a lozenge tin, along with numerous other bumper automatics (also in pieces). The dial caught my attention, so I delved into the parts bin to find all the pieces were there. But no case! This is it today.
