Hot dog! Speedy Sunday at church…and due to my scan being ridiculously amazing today, I spotted a 3861 sapphire sandwich one pew up [see red circle below]…good thing I was sporting my birth year -64 Ed White…and for the record, my -71 was on the other wrist…

LATE ENTRY: My wife was not the least bit amused at this wrist shot shenanigans during the sermon…but I was so stupendously fast [and silent] with my telephone camera, she wasn’t able to shoot me down regarding the evolution…AND I didn’t get busted by our preacher.

Well done. Risky but now you are internet famous.

Ja. Zurich to Murren to Zermatt to Lugano to Milan.

Swiss trains run on time so have to set my watch accurately.

Murren didn't have the Schilthorn cable cars open when I was here two years ago. It's remarkable what the Swiss can build on the sides of mountains.

Waiting now for a bus, as part of the train track is closed due to a natural accident. Next stop the Matterhorn. 👍

Jetlag is a bitch.

Edit: arrived
Nice vacation!
And Matterhorn is amazing - but you already now that, enjoy your trip!

Summerskiing or sight seeing??
😃

Change today to my late 1950s Gruen automatic, 23-jewels, gold shell over stainless steel. This one showed up from Heaven knows where, decades ago. It appears to have had very little wear over its 65 or so years. The only Gruen I have ever run into that doesn’t have a Swiss movement. The movement in this one is a German made Durowe automatic.
