There should really be a thread, ‘What didn’t you buy today’, but given the number of watches I look at - and don’t buy! - I could probably fill it up all by myself 😳

Anyway, a watch has been appearing in my Instagram thread (algorithms?) and, although I had no intention of buying it, I thought the strap/dial combo was my sort of style

But, I decided to put a similar coloured strap on one of my old watches

Was rainy this morning and I had to make a trip to physical therapy for shoulder work. A friendly pocket watch rode along in the watch pocket of my jeans for comfort. Am 6 weeks into it and bored with the lack of progress. MRI is next to see what's up. Didn't really wish for more shoulder surgery.

This late 1920s Illinois Bunn Special in its white gold filled case and all dressed up on a blue DaveK Mystery Braid lanyard got the daily call for wearing.
