I started out the day with my 55 year old Omega DeVille quartz with the too tight bracelet. That lasted about a hour. Couldn鈥檛 hack it. So I chose my (approximately) 60 year old Tissot PR516 with yet another gordawful bracelet. It pinches me. But it isn鈥檛 too tight.

This just in from a full Omega service. I purchased it new 18 years ago, doing 4 battery changes myself. For the last few years I endured having to push the crown really hard to cycle through the functions. Finally bit the bullet and got the full spa...presumably receiving an entirely new cal 1666. Given the end-of-life pace on electronic parts, it's pretty cool that they still service these. YaY!

And 5900USD is not all that bad. My OB says they can get one if I want it, but need to finish paying for Snoopy first.
