Exactly ten years ago Mrs.Jones asked me if I'd show her a picture of what would be my dream wrist watch...and I found this on the Omega website.



I had no idea it was her intention to buy me a watch. But she did, and it was the most beautiful thing I'd ever seen. My taste in watches has evolved a bit since then but this one will always have a special place in my collection.
Similar story gifted this 11 yrs ago and has retained daily wearer status

One I don’t wear very often. The bracelet is a tad tight on my wrist. This is an early 1970s (?) pre Swatch Omega. The original owner’s widow was looking to re-home it after her husband passed away. One of a series that requires a bunch of button pushing in order to re-set the time. Not popular features among dealers, watchmakers, and owners, back in the day.
