The watch is a third generation, but manufactured early in the production run (March 1968) just before Seiko updated the bezel. So it's an "error bezel" model but with a "correct" bezel. Also, inexpensive third-party Aqua Terra bands fit remarkably well.
It is not an error bezel. It was produced when the UK were trialling permanent daylight savings.

What does an "error bezel" look like? What is the error?

The flightmaster today. And it’s a great day when you can drive to the watchmaker in 30 minutes. The Seatimer is going in for routine service.

Another “hummer” from my stable. I’ve enjoyed my Accutron 214 Railroader, but no calendar! Symmetry be dammed! I like a calendar. This one has the venerable ESA 9162 movement in it. Came to me years ago with the proverbial calendar problem. Plastic date ring with chipped teeth. I found one in Mannheim, Germany, so that problem is now solved.
