·Left work a little early to come to the dentist. I have an irrational fear of dental treatment my boss demanded I go as I was bitching about pain and apparently my face is swollen. Gotta be an abcess. If I addressed this a month ago it was probably just a little cavity and would have cost me a few hundred instead of the quality watch price I’m expecting. I have no problem admitting dental insurance in the U.S. sucks.
Don’t avoid getting dental care - especially if you have pain and swelling. A dental infection can quickly become very serious. Don’t risk it.
