Thank you guys, I love this watch but what made my day extra special was when my daughter who lives in Australia with her mother contacted me. It is the first time I have had any contact for about four months and the first time in six years one of my kids recognised my birthday. I was a bit emotional to say the least. A very happy birthday😀
My daughter is only 3 and we are having another one coming. I may not be able to totally dig what you mean but I do dig what you mean. It feels great to be a father and it always tickles in a nice way when the little ones (today, adults tomorrow) turn your way to smile 😀

Hi everyone, I just joined the Forum...so this is my first post! This is my Apollo 15 35th. But in order to complete its TT-edness, I've put it on a 1957 BA TT bracelet. It took me a little while to get used to it as it caused a bit of a watch identity crisis for me, but now I like it quite a bit.

Bzzzzz. Judges? Penalty for excessive showing off? Calls for a fine of no more likes… Um, except for the -2… Um, for a week.

Damm! Might have to get that for my speedy

Go to strapcode.com and yuo´ll see the whole line-up. They offer mesh with 4 different finishes: brushed, sandblasted, polished and black. I have a brushed one and the quolity is pretty good for the price.

Not sure what reception this one will get, but here goes! The only 'modern' watch in my collection... I'm a bit of a sucker for this brand anyway, as my nickname at school was 'H'... As it's warm and sunny here in the UK, I thought I'd give it a spin before I head back to the polar vortex of NYC..

I thought I should take a picture of these two together since they were born on the same year.

One I seldom wear, a Gruen Veri-Thin "driver's watch" with articulated lugs to permit wear on the edge of the wrist when driving you antique auto with "armstrong steering", three on the floor, and "plan ahead" braking! Too small for my rather large wrist.
