Not actually wearing it...yet. I'm seriously considering leaving this crystal on it, but I did order one just in case. This is called a type O, 1968. The same year OF's official pilot, Mad Dog started drinking DD coffee.

I think this ad shows a 1967 watch, which is nearly identical. Note the sweep hand is not luminous.

Yesterday 05:44. Today 06:54. And today…
Love the excellent shots of the crescent moon. It looks HUGE in the 2nd. Mine never come out the way I want...like when you try to capture the enormity of the Grand Canyon with a photo.

Vintage car Wednesday for me, been buying bits for my 1928 Austin 16/6 at the local vintage car club.

You'll get a like from me if you guess what they are!

Ok. I’ve been reviewing Google Images photo views of 1928 Austins, various models, exterior photos, interior photos, engine compartment photos and I haven’t uncovered a clue.

They appear to have nicely finished surfaces, chrome plated perhaps and so ought to be able to be seen on the cars somewhere, rather than hidden somewhere within the car’s innards.

Works! And don’t start sending me multiple « gotta have it » PMs. I am keeping it.
