My 70-year old Omega Seamaster date at 6:00, calibre 355, bumper automatic, has been in dry dock for a while! Periodically, the stem would pull out when setting the time or calendar. Not good! So, today I delved into my stash, to see if I had a better (less worn) setting lever. I HAD one! I noticed that the hub on the stem wasn’t in the best of shape. So I (again) delved into my stash to see if I had a better stem. I HAD one (NOS). So we’re back in business again! I’ve missed it.
