Wearing my Speedmaster Mark 4.5. Not exactly my cup of tea due to its sheer volume, but once in a while...

Took all morning, but I got the office decorated.
Also, don’t mind the battle scars from the bougainvillea I ripped out over the weekend.
Wish I could say that was all! But you should see the other guy (plant)!

With cal 9828 which traces its lineage back to cal 98 from the '30s, Ref 5441 Jubilee from 1993 launched the modern Portuguese line for IWC. It also preserved the spelled-out cursive signage and acrylic crystal...YaY!

At Thing 1’s 13 year-old annual exam. Don’t tell him I just took TWO wrist pics while out in public; that would not be cool….

We're photographing watches simultaneously on different parts of the globe again Spruce.

I have a grand jury summons to attend to today. Just watch. I'll be chosen. They better not interfere with our plans during this holiday season!

Small Rolex day. Working on a strap for a Canadian Collector who inherited his Grandfather’s Sky-Rocket. Wearing mine for inspiration.

Here's a fine lesson in patience that has worked out beautifully. This Certina Bristol 228 was listed on the OF Sales forum a few years back and offered to me if I was interested, which I was. While doing a little research, I stumbled upon an earlier thread where @vintage hab claimed "Dibs", so I asked that he have first option to add it to his collection if he was still interested, and if not, then I would gladly snag it. Well...he did want it, and did add it to his collection. Fast forward to this past weekend at the Mid-Atlantic G2G and my patience paid off. I now have the honor of being a steward of this fine piece, and hope to do it equal justice as the previous stewards have.

What a great community we have the pleasure of being a part. Cheers!
