·Master of rails today. It’s funny the stuff u pick up in a city. I walk by this little area on my way to get coffee and it’s usually a dealers spot. When I see it empty I know the cops are in the area. Usually sitting in a tinted out car. I try to spot them. Usually it’s a cop I’ve dealt with so we say hello. Tomorrow they will be elsewhere and the open air drug market will be back
