Just replaced the original resin strap yesterday that broke with a nice aftermarket Silicone strap designed for another Timex model.
Much better fit and finish than the original.

路Today, it is my late 1950s (I suppose) Gruen Autowind 23-jewel watch with gold shell over steel case. Several years ago, I discovered this watch at the bottom of a dusty box where it had reposed for decades. At one time, I had offered it for sale, and thankfully, nobody took me up on it! I like it! The movement is a German made Durowe movement. Strong runner, reliable, and accurate. What more might one expect from a watch, I ask?
