Hi Forstner,can your after-sale service be frozener?

Not much they can do there. They fulfilled their obligation it's on the delivery service to fulfill their's. Was there insurance on the package?

I could never understand why people put it on the seller when they've done their part for the consumer and has a proven honesty record. If there's fault anywhere it's with the shipper the issue lies with them.

The pitfalls of e-commerce and the worst of them is each party having to rely on a shipping service so each party shares that grief.

Hopefully insurance was purchased as that's where the next step lies for the shipper to compensate the buyer.

I mean,yes,they would have done a much better job on this kind of issues. As a seller and a brand,you don’t let your buyer drives local shipping company crazy while the trucking info clearly shows the package has never reached local airport,yet!
This is not the first time it happens,last time I’ve only waited nearly 3 months for a single bracelet replacement. If the seller couldn’t take the responsibility and only blame the shipping companies,what kind of reputation they are going to get?

Cheap Chinese holiday daytime beater, 62mas homage (knock off, whatever) , out of curiousity I had to scratch the itch on these and for the purpose I got it for, I have to say it's excellent value. Time keeping is good and so far it's waterproof😀, and, at 38mm it's easy on the wrist and the eye
