Exactly as I expected got some semi bad news which put me in a mini pity party but as I’m waiting to see the lady who sets up treatments the lady I’m front of me was being set up for major surgery and she was saying “I’m trying not to cry as I set this up as I feel like my whole life just changed.”
Instantly made me stop feeling sorry for myself but I may need to sit home today as I got an injection and now my head is spinning like a SOB don’t know if I can drive to work.

Take a personal day, and rest easy my friend.

I suspect the movement in your Gruen is basically the same movement as used in the Rolex Prince Duo-Dial models. The Swiss firm Aegler was associated with both Gruen and Rolex (and others), and they produced that movement for Gruen and Rolex. Very collectible, and scarce! Like! The Rolex Prince version.

Not the cal 500.....but the same movement(generally) as the Techni-Quadron of the same era.

Wednesday I have to have some oral surgery and have to be put out for it. I didn't remember that when I had this the first time and I'm pooch-mouthed about it for I don't like to be knocked out.
